Not everyone is born with the ability to look stunning in front of a camera. Most of us don’t know what to do or where to look. Ishara. She was born to rock the camera! Going into a session, I don’t know what to expect from my subjects-are they comfortable in front of a camera?. She shocked me with her ease and natural beauty. She was sweet, quiet and laughed an innocent laugh. She is absolutely gorgeous-in more ways than one!
I left the session oh, so content! You’ll see why when you see these pictures..jpg)

We met on a late Sunday afternoon in San Juan Capistrano. At one of my favorite places-the mission. It’s so rustic and beautiful!
One of Paola’s and Jose’s favorite things to do is gamble and travel; so we made sure to include some little details. They met in Costa Rica on trips with friends-how romantic is that?! To this day they love to travel.
They will be married this June. I’m looking forward to it!.jpg)

It was the weekend of the “storm” and the ground was muddy, sky still grey but we decided to continue on with our session that was scheduled for the day before. I’m glad we did. Lauren and Genaro seemed right at home in each others arms. They gazed into each others eyes with sweetness and tenderness. It was a little chilly and Genaro wrapped the blanket around Lauren to keep her cozy. I didn’t really have to “help” them pose; they’re love shined through. I’m anxious to shoot their wedding this coming summer! .jpg)

“I never knew I could love so much,
until the day I felt your touch.
I softly kissed your tiny cheek,
and from under your lashes I saw you peek.
Your beautiful eyes so small and brown,
my sweet little baby just brand new.
I cannot wait to watch you grow,
from your little head to your tiny toes.
My son my love, my little joy,
my little angel, my baby doll toy.
I promise to love you with all my heart,
I’m here for you from the very start.
I’ll comfort you when you cry,
I’ll answer true when you ask me, Why?
While you grow be sweet and kind,
and show all others how much you shine.” -Martha Sheridan.jpg)

Meet Adeley. She is the newest addition to our family. We’re blessed with a very large family, with LOTS o’ cousins! Adeley is approximately the 40-something great grandchild. She’s the newest, but not for long. We have another baby cousin in the making. : )
In our family we have a saying; “who needs friends when you have cousins?!” I had a fun childhood being surrounded by all of my cousins. I hope Adeley is blessed with the same experience.
Congratulations Gina & Adam!.jpg)

Meet Piper (I love her name!). She’s about 3 weeks old (in these photos) and loves her Mommy oh-so-much! She slept most of the time and when she needed hugs from Mommy, Mommy was there to hold her and feed her; and she feel right back asleep! It’s so sweet to see a baby find so much comfort in their Mothers..jpg)
