The Madrid Family

I got to meet the Madrid family last week for the first time last week. Deanne and I have been chatting about their family photos for at least a month. It’s Aria’s 1st birthday and she wanted a mixture of a family portrait and birthday session. Aria arrived with smiles and left in tears. Poor baby girl! In the end, we got some great shots and I enjoyed getting to know the Madrid family.m7m8m9m6mam14maam12m13maaam15m16m1

Mr + Mrs Cardenas [Palos Verdes, CA]

This last Christmas, I had the honor of photographing George & Gina’s special wedding. It was special because it was December 23rd; a Christmas wedding! It was held at the beautiful Wayfarer’s Chapel in Palos Verdes.

George and Gina have known each other since they were children. Their lives took them on different paths and they met again as adults. George absolutely adores Gina. He doesn’t have to say a word, you can see it in his eyes and the way he talks to her. Gina is quiet, calm and has this beautiful grace about her. It warms my heart to see a man love a woman the way George loves Gina. I’m blessed to have captured their wedding.

The Garcia Family

I had the great pleasure of meeting this family for the first time in December and photographing them twice! Sacheen and I had never met before our first session but are connected in so many ways. (My husband says that’s what happens when you live in Whittier all of your life) Two of our children go to school together (2 different schools), I went to school with her sister in law and her son is dating my cousin!

These girls (Sacheen and her sister Charissa) are blessed with beautiful, fun kids! It was a pleasure photographing them!g3dip2g12dip4g4dipg11dip3g9g1

Several of my holiday family sessions were Christmas gifts so I couldn’t post them right away. Now that the holidays have passed, I’m free to post!

This cute session was with Veronica & Vanessa & their adorable children! I lucked out with this gorgeous family! They were all decked out in their cutest outfits and ready to pose..

Mr + Mrs Kerns [Laguna Beach, CA]

I’m so excited to post this wedding.. I had the pleasure of photographing Jeff & Christine’s engagement session and we all just had a great time! We hit it off and they later asked me to photograph their wedding. I was ecstatic! They’re sweet, have great taste and great humor! I knew their wedding would be gorgeous..

Jeff is the sweet, loving kind of guy. When he looks at Christine, you see something deep in his eyes. (what every girl dreams of) Christine is gorgeous, smart, fun and has a great sense of humor (my kind of gal!). You can tell they  have something beautiful. For that, I’m so honored to have been apart of their union.
